1. Scope and Purpose
   These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the Graphic Codelab Referral Program (“Program”), applicable exclusively to the Social Media Management Package. By registering as a “Referrer” and submitting the information of a “Referred,” you agree to these terms.
2. Definitions

• Referrer: An individual or entity who recommends a new client.
• Referred: An individual or entity that has not previously purchased services from Graphic Codelab and who purchases the Social Media Management Package.
• Benefit: A discount, credit, or commission granted to the Referrer for each Referred who meets the requirements.

3. Eligibility Requirements

• The Referrer must be at least 18 years old.
• The Referrer must have an active account and valid contact information in our system.
• The Referred must not have been a Graphic Codelab client in the last 12 months, nor be in the process of contracting services at the time of referral.

5. The Referrer completes the referral registration form on our website, accepting these Terms and Conditions.
6. Graphic Codelab verifies the eligibility of the Referred.
7. If the Referred purchases the Social Media Management Package and pays the first monthly fee, the Referrer receives their benefit.
8. Benefits and Rewards

• For each valid Referred who purchases the Package and pays the first month’s fee, the Referrer will receive 10 % of that payment, paid one month in arrears.
  • Example: If a Referred signs up and pays for January on time, 10 % of that amount will be paid to the Referrer in early February.
• Payments will be made only if the Referred has fulfilled their payment obligation.
• The benefit will be processed within 30 business days after the end of the month in which the payment was made, provided no payment default has occurred.

5.1 Payment Variation and Cancellation

• If the Referred fails to make the agreed payment, Graphic Codelab will withhold or cancel the Referrer’s payment until the Referred settles the outstanding balance.
• If, 60 calendar days after the due date, the Referred’s debt remains unpaid, the Referrer forfeits the right to the benefit associated with that Referred.
• Any variation or cancellation of payment will be communicated by email to the Referrer within 5 business daysof detecting the default.

6. Limitations and Exclusions

• Does not apply to other Graphic Codelab services (e.g., web design, software development).
• Cannot be combined with other active promotions or discounts.
• Graphic Codelab reserves the right to reject referrals suspected of fraud or unfair practices.

7. Term and Modifications
   This Program is effective as of its publication date and may be modified or canceled at any time without prior notice, while preserving the validity of already approved referrals.
8. Data Protection

• Data provided by Referrers and Referred parties will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Only the data strictly necessary to manage the Program will be collected.

By checking the box “I accept the Terms and Conditions” on the registration form, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these T&C in full.
